Healing Sound Bath & Yogic Sleep

Service Description
Rebalance mind, body and spirit through the soothing, penetrating power of healing sound and vibration via singing bowls. Then drop into deepest levels of relaxation and peace through authentic, age-old yogic sleep (Yoga Nidra)—a reclined, meditative experience used by stress-reduction clinics, integrative health care, as well as mystics who savor resting in blissful Oneness with The Sacred. We will close with prayerful sound healing, including a lower-octave bowl played on or near (your choice) the shrine of your heart. This time of relaxation will be facilitated by Rev. POLICIES: Let's honor one another...
Cancellations must occur at least 3 days prior to the event so others have opportunity to reserve your cancelled reservation. Due to Catherine's web provider charging her a transaction fee for each sale and each refund, there will also be a non-refundable $4 charge to cover this expense. Cancellations for events held through retreat centers and other entities beyond Calm with Catherine are subject to their refund policies.
