Enjoy one of my darn near monthly Serenity Sublime Healing with Sound and Vibration sessions, OR Sonic Journey Soulful Healing Sounds in Mount Vernon, Iowa (see Offerings tab for details). All played in soothing ways for experiencing sublime peace.
Additionally I offer sound healing with yogic sleep at Prairiewoods Franciscan Spirituality Center in Hiawatha the first Thursday of each month (also simply sound healing on 1st & 3rd Monday nights at Prairiewoods in Jan & Feb).
If you have a friendship group or faith org, I offer sound baths--as well as yogic sleep, yoga, and dreams as spiritual healing and guidance experiences--in the Cedar Rapids-Iowa City area corridor.
