PRIVATE ENERGY HEALING SESSION

All four session options listed below calm and sooth. All rebalance mind, body, and spirit, helping your nervous system come into coherence while releasing stagnant, trapped energy caused by stress, lack of sleep, or living in overdrive. Energy pathways (meridians) and centers of the body open--like rivers being cleared of debris to freely flow. Your energy field around you is also strengthened to shine more brightly.
Your session options (all include gentle Chakra Energy Chimes on & around the body):
1) In-person Reiki/Healing Touch Spiritual Ministry.
2) A blend of Healing Sound & Vibration (soothing singing bowls on & around your body) + Reiki/Healing Touch.
3) Sonic Flying Carpet Sound Journey, a deeply relaxing, transcendent experience of body, mind, and spirit being caressed by healing sound and vibration. Mind state shifts as healing sound and vibration takes you where you need to go. All through a blending of a meditative 34 string and other sacred instruments. Session opens with both intention setting for your sound journey experience (i.e. releasing grief, deep rest, or greater clarity on a decision from a subconscious or soul level) and rebalancing through Chakra Energy Chimes. Note: This modality is contraindicated for folks with various forms of psychosis (other sessions are great options).
4) Distant Reiki/Non-local energy treatment.

WHAT TO EXPECT: For in-person sessions you'll recline on a massage table fully clothed. Plan on a few additional minutes for a brief, initial check in. If requesting a distant treatment you'll recline at home wherever you can relax in a quiet place undisturbed. Our session begins and ends with phone conversation.

RATES (includes tax):
Reiki: 60 min.=$70.
Blended Healing Sound & Vibration + Reiki/Healing Touch + Chakra Energy Chimes: 60 min.=$100; 90 min.=$140.
Flying Carpet Sound Journey: 90 min (includes intention setting, opening chakras, & re-entry/grounding) = $140.

POLICIES:​​ LET'S HONOR ONE ANOTHER...By registering you have read and agree to the following:
1) No shows are charged 50% for set up time & loss of booking that could have been given to others.
2) First time recipients may receive a payment link for a 50% deposit.
3) Please arrive on time to receive your full 60 or 90 minute experience.
4) IArrive early to prepare for you. If you arrive early please enjoy the library and various shops in the building.
5) I I offer sessions to folks I know, and by referral. If we don't know each other, you'll mention in your email requesting a session the name & contact information of person we both know who referred you.
6) The original, spiritual meaning of the word "Healing" never meant "cure." Healing has always meant wholeness,an experience even people with incurable illnesses and those on their death bed can know. That said, by requesting a session you agree to this understanding of healing; how it does not mean cure nor replaces Western mental and physical healthcare. Likewise you agree that you yourself, not Catherine or Calm with Catherine LLC, take full responsibility for your own wellness, following the guidelines of your health care providers. You also agree that your healthcare providers approve of your receiving this offering.
7. The Flying Carpet Sound Journey session, built around an hour longer trance inducing drone, is contraindicated for people living with psychosis. If this is your reality, you agree to receiving a positive alternative option.
8. Safe space matters, including for the practitioner. Any inappropriate behavior immediately ends the session without reimbursement. Authorities will be called.
