Service Description

Experience the soothing, penetrating power of singing bowls to re-tune and harmonize mind, body, emotions, and spirit as you drop into deep states of relaxation and peace. For many this is also a wordless prayer form--a means of experiencing Union with The Sacred. Includes optional low octave bowl played on the shrine of your heart at end of session. For your Nest of Comfort during this meditative experience BRING yoga or camp mat, sleeping bag, or folding zero gravity lounger. Also blanket (your body temp will drop) and optionally a pillow for under knees to assist with lower back support. Dress in layers. Chairs provided for those preferring to sit. ARRIVE no later than 6:25pm to set up your Nest of Comfort. Doors close at 6:25. RSVP recommended (If you don't receive an immediate confirmation of registration check your spam filter. Or the transaction may not have gone through). Walk-ins welcome using cash or Venmo @calmwithcatherine. If you prefer to pay via Venmo in advance to hold your spot, email me at cqe@calmwithcatherine.com to say you've done so. That way I can manually register you through the website system. When clicking "BOOK NOW" button below it takes to a screen with a blue "Check Next Availability" button. Clicking that gets you to the booking date for this event to complete your registration. LOCATION: 1st Presby Church 301 1st St. W. Mount Vernon, IA 52314 (Church with rainbow steps 1 block beyond downtown businesses). Park in church parking lot. Enter through back door.
