Let the soothing, penetrating power of singing bowls re-tune and harmonize your mind, body, and spirit as you drop into deep states of relaxation and peace. Includes optional low octave bowl played on the shrine of your heart at end of session. For your Nest of Comfort during this meditative experience BRING yoga or camp mat, sleeping bag, or folding reclining chair. Also blanket (your body temp will drop) and optionally a pillow for under knees to assist with lower back support. Dress in layers. Chairs provided for those preferring to sit. ARRIVE no later than 6:25pm to set up your Nest of Comfort. RSVP recommended (If you don't receive an immediate confirmation of registration check your spam filter, or the transaction may not have gone through).
