What happens when we attune our awareness and bodies to the soul? To that deepest, Eternal part of you--the Divine Spark within you? Mystics like Harriet Tubman, Clare of Assisi, and Teresa of Avila are examples of those finding internal freedom for living, loving, and courageously leading in difficult times from the inside out by tapping the revivifying energies, power, and friendship of The Presence...the light or energies of Indwelling Spirit abiding within. Such awareness not only fortifies one with inner peace, dignity, courage, greater resilience and soul guidance or inner compass. It enhances one's ability to notice Sacred signs, synchronicities, Mystery and our inter-connective, communing Oneness in this multiverse of reality of which we all are part. Whether your intention is to prepare for Lent, or simply to enrich your sense of wholeness, join me for: - Inter-spiritual wisdom drawn from Teresa, Tubman & Clare. - Sitting in The Presence & Power -- Infused Prayer or energy-based meditation from within thy Soul Shelter. - Brief energy-based mind-body-spirit practices to help calm mind and adjust your inner radio dial as you tune into Soul. - Meditation for Communing Soul to Soul with a spiritual master, guide, ancestor or other loved one within Thy Soul Shelter. - Reclined yogic sleep to help re-identify as soul. Once you've registered, remember these keys to preparing for our time together: 1. Having a quiet space where you will not be disturbed (cell phone off too), so you can drop into a hypnogogic type state during Yogic Sleep. Ask roommates, family, and pets to help with that. 2. You'll need an armless, straight back chair. 3. Optional journal and pen if taking notes. 4. Nest of Comfort items for Yogic Sleep: During Yogic Sleep experience you can turn your Zoom screen off for privacy during this reclined, guided meditative experience in either your bed, recliner, or on a yoga mat. If on the floor or bed you may want a pillow under the knees for lower back support. 5. Your body temp will drop: Have a blanket. Dress in layers. Registration = 1 per person--not per household. No recording. Copy righted material. Please register before noon the day of the event. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can cause a bit of an issue in that they keep others who want a spot at an event from being able to attend. Moreover, there are fees I'm absorbing from my website provider for each monetary transaction--so I lose $ with every sale and again for every refund. That said, if wanting a refund for a cancellation, notification of the cancellation must occur one week prior to the event in order for enough time to allow for another person to take your reserved spot. There will also be a non-refundable $4 fee to cover fees the website provider takes from me for every sale and yet again for every refund. Cancellation and refunds for events held through retreat centers and other entities are subject to their own refund policies.
