Stress Relieving Meditation &

Energy Medicine Movement

Sessions are available in 60, 75, or 90 minute format for individuals, friendship or work groups, schools, and civic or faith orgs. Also as 2 hr workshops, a multi-week series, or as a retreat in ½ day, full day, and weekend format.

What a stress relieving meditation session includes

A gentle hour of stress reducing, breath and energy based meditative practices to calm, revitalize, and refresh you. Includes both seated and standing practices drawn from gentle and meditative yoga, qigong, acupressure, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) and other energy medicine modalities. Ends with seated meditation with awareness resting peacefully in spacious sky-like nature. All skill levels welcome.


How to prepare for stress relieving meditation

Wear comfortable non-restrictive clothing. Props: A chair and a quiet room which allows for some gentle movement. No yoga mat necessary.
